I was chatting with a friend this week and she told me she hasn’t read either of my books.
“I don’t really like to read,” she said. “I prefer audiobooks.”
“You’re in luck! My Best Mistake – Tasha’s Story is in audiobook,” I cheerfully told her.
Okay, not my best attempt at dialogue, but it’s a true story. And a reminder to me to share what formats the books are in. My Best Decision – Sara’s Story is in process for an audiobook. As you know, the pandemic slowed down a lot of industries, the audiobook one as well. I have a narrator selected and the book is in her cue, but it will be November before it will be available.
I’m doing my best to be patient. It helps that I’ve started Helene’s story and can focus on that. Which I’ve been doing this week and can report that I am five chapters in. Next up: select a cover for Helene. I’ve already picked a title, but I’m going to save that for the cover reveal.
In other good news, our refrigerator is running. It’s been an entire 7 days. I’m hoping for a whole two weeks before I really celebrate.
